LABA-Link is the newest and most active, culturally-diverse organization that brings people and businesses together!

Who we are: LABA is a newly organized association whose purpose is to bring members of diverse cultures and backgrounds together in a fun and professional networking environment. LABA aids businesses by providing business assistance, information, and marketing opportunities to the local marketplace.

Our motto is  "Link"!  LABA strives to "link" individuals and  the Latin American business population to the greater business community of Mississippi.  Join us in making a difference and a lasting impact  in Mississippi by becoming involved in our innovative and groundbreaking projects.

 OBJECTIVES

• To increase the visibility of the growing Hispanic market to the local community;

• To promote the products and services offered by Latin American Business Association members to the local community through an on-line directory and website,

• To offer financial assistance to Latin American Business Association members through start-up loans, expansion loans, and financial solutions, and

• To encourage cultural exchanges between the Latin American and local communities through cultural events, festivals, networking, and trade shows.

MISSION

To develop commercial and educational opportunities for Latin American Business Association members which will help integrate the Latin American business population with the greater business community of Mississippi.

VISION

To be a leader in promoting Latin American entrepreneurship throughout the state of Mississippi.  LABA will provide innovative programs, educational outreach, financial assistance, and market exposure that will lead to economic empowerment and the development of personal and business relationships for LABA members, affiliates, partners, and the local community.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Establish a strong brand identity through ongoing marketing and promotional campaigns,
• Acquire the necessary resources for the day-to-day operations of the Association,
• Recruit companies, organizations, and individuals to become members of the Association,
• Secure a professional and solid leadership team with a committed Executive Director and Board of Directors, and
• Develop loyal and repeat members, sponsors, partners, alliances, and supporters.
